    • 1 - Large Carrot
    • 2 - Oranges
    • 1/2 inch - of Crushed Raw Turmeric

    • 1/2 - Juiced Lemon 

     Directions:

    1. Separately juice the oranges and carrots.
    1. Put the juice, turmeric, and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 - Aloe Vera Leaf
    • 1/2 - Cup of Chopped Beetroot
    • 2 - Cups of Pomegranate juice
    • 1/4 - teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder

     Directions: 

    1. Remove the aloe vera rind, using a sharp knife and the aloe vera leaves; discard rind.
    2. Use a sharp knife to remove the yellow layer just below the rind, leaving around 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of clear aloe vera gel. Clean the gel before putting the gel into the juice.
    3. Add pomegranate juice and diced beets to a blender and blend until smooth.
    4. The Aloe vera gel can now be added to the mix. Try it out.
    5. Add a few grinds of black pepper before serving.

  •  Coconut Water With Lemon & Mint

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 - Whole Coconut
    • Mint Leaves
    • 1 - tbsp of Honey
    • 1 - Whole Lemon

     Directions: 

    1. Break a coconut and fill a jug with its water.
    2. Use a spoon to remove the coconut meat from the shell.
    3. Add the coconut meat to the coconut water, thoroughly chopped.
    4. Toss with some mint, honey, and lemon juice, if desired.
    5. Serve immediately after mixing and stir thoroughly.

  • Pink Salt-Ginger Detox Water


  • Ingredients:


    • 1 - Glass of Water
    • 1 - Pinch of Pink Salt
    • 1/2 inch - Ginger
    • 1/2 - Lemon Juice
    • Optional: 1 teaspoon Honey 

    Directions: 

    1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add ginger. Strain it into a glass.
    1. Let it cool down before serving, but don't let it freeze over totally.
    1. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir thoroughly.
