Shipping Policy

When you order from us, we aim to deliver quality products quickly and at a great price! We also provide free shipping on orders over $50, and almost all orders will ship within 48 hours. Occasionally, shipment is delayed during busier seasons such as the holidays or after sales. If there is a delay in shipment, we will notify you accordingly.

Customer Address & Order Details

Before placing your order, make sure to double check that the shipping information is correct, as it cannot be changed later. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and address information. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the delivery of packages to that incorrect address. However, if we suspect an incorrect address, we will hold the shipment and contact you to confirm the correct address. It is the customer’s responsibility to then provide the updated address to proceed with timely shipment and delivery.

We prioritize excellent customer service by providing fast and efficient delivery to our customers. Minutes or hours after placing an order, our distribution centers begin processing the orders to get them to your door as soon as possible. Due to the rapid nature of processing and handling, most orders cannot be changed after you place an order.

If you realize your order information is incorrect after placing it, contact us right away. In certain instances, we can accommodate order changes after placement. However, we do not guarantee that changes can be made, so it is important to confirm your correct order and shipping details before purchase.

Turnaround

We operate Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time. Orders are shipped within 48 hours during our business hours.

We utilize several shipping carriers to deliver your orders in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided to customers when a tracking number is made available by the shipping carrier.

Back Orders

If you place an order and one of your items is backordered, we will ship the rest of your order when it is placed. When the backordered item is back in stock, we will ship it separately at no additional shipping cost.
